ESCORT CARD : The School has made it mandatory for the parents to produce the escort card at the time of dispersal. No student is handed over to the parents or the guardian unless the escort card is shown.
CCTV CAMERAS : CTV Cameras have been installed in the classrooms, corridors and at all the vulnerable areas in the School premises to keep a vigilant eye on all the activities.
EFFICACIOUS EVACUATION PLAN : The School has a lucid, step-by-step evacuation plan to prepare the students for any kind of exigency. Fire drills are regularly conducted to make the students fully grasp all the escape routes of the building.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE : The well being of our students is of paramount importance at GyanValley. The School provides the following facilities to maintain students ‘ health and hygiene:
Health Record of all the students is thoroughly maintained.
WATER PURIFIERS : R. O. Water Purifiers have been installed at each and every floor to provide clean and safe drinking water to students. Regular maintenance of the purifiers is done.
CAMPS AND WORKSHOPS : The School regularly organises Dental Check up Camps and workshops on Oral health and hygiene. The children are examined by a renowned dentist and are made cognizant of the importance of maintaining oral hygiene.
Because of the escalation of screen time, the children are exposed to, Eye Check up camps are also conducted for the students. An eminent ophthalmologist visits the School and eye check up is done, and various essential eye tests are conducted.
These camps help in early detection of various health issues and taking remedial actions at the right time.
PERSONAL HYGIENE : The School believes in empowering children with healthy habits of maintaining personal hygiene. Various workshops are conducted to make the children aware about the outcomes of poor hygiene. The students are given practical tips to stay healthy and maintain a hygiene routine.
